He is also a fully accredited Qualified Financial Advisor with the Institute of Bankers Ireland and has a Diploma in Leadership & Executive Coaching from Kingston College and is a member of the European Mentor & Coaching Council (EMCC). Keith is also a registered mentor with the Kerry Local Enterprise Office and Enterprise Ireland. Keith is also registered with the Teaching Council of Ireland.

Keith worked as a Portfolio Bank Manager with Anglo Irish Bank Managing a Loan Book of €1.2 Billion from 2000 - 2007, before relocating to the South west where he worked at a senior level with Ulster Bank in Limerick from 2007 to 2014. He has an in-depth knowledge and experience in both business strategies and personal development practices. His clients range from small organisations to privately held businesses and individuals. His skill, knowledge and experience has enabled him to assist companies and individuals to get from where they are now to where they want to be.
Keith supports leaders and individuals across a wide range of situations including cross-cultural leadership, conflict resolution, communication and assessment of teams and of the leaders themselves.
